Apartment Four

Situated on the second floor of a 6 unit apartment complex, this two bedroom, two bathroom apartment features colonial style architecture, 12 foot ceilings, and traditional Mexican décor.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen for all your culinary needs, including a blender, juicer, coffee maker, coffee grinder, toaster oven, microwave, oven, full sized fridge/freezer, dishes, utensils, and cutlery.

Sip your morning coffee on your private front balcony or retreat to the peaceful furnished patio lounge attached to the master bedroom.

Both bedrooms have one queen-sized bed and large custom-built wardrobes to hang clothing and store luggage. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring two sinks, a shower & a large tub for bathing.  AC units and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms to keep the whole apartment nice and cool.

The living room has comfortable built-in couches, lounge chairs and a 43” flat screen tv and sony soundbar with premium cable and streaming services. There is free high speed internet in the apartment and throughout the complex, including the shared rooftop terrace area.

Feel free to walk up the spiral staircase to the terrace lounge which includes a furnished covered area and lounge chairs for sunning. Rinse off in the outdoor shower before taking a dip in the crystal clear dipping pool. There is a gas grill and kitchen area that includes a sink, mini fridge and cooking supplies for rooftop grilling and dining. The terrace dining table seats up to 8 guests. Fireworks can be seen nightly from the Malecon, and views include the surrounding neighborhood Romantic Zone (Zona Romántica), and Gringo Gulch leading up to the Hill of the Cross Viewpoint.

This apartment is situated on a quiet street in the Romantic Zone of Old Town Vallarta, within blocks of the Isla del Río Cuale. This island features a seasonal Saturday market, several cafes and restaurants, and occasional concerts and performances sponsored by the Centro Cultural Cuale. Two blocks from the apartment is a fresh produce market. For convenient/last minute purchases, there is a small tienda (store) right next door for snacks, fresh juice, drinks, and other staples. 

This apartment offers you a peaceful and idyllic place to stay with only 10 minutes’ walk to the downtown area, shopping and dining, beaches, and the Malecon. 

For those staying longer than a week, complimentary cleaning services will be provided for your first month, which include fresh linens and towels. There is a full-time hospitality worker and managerial services for any needs that may arise during your stay. Pool towels are available on request.
